Case law review: "Public and private corruption"

Luc Godin and Aurélie Blaffart are the authors of a case law review on public and private corruption published in the journal "Droit pénal de l'entreprise" on 15 March.

The article reviews numerous court decisions in this area and highlights a certain lack of interest in the offence of private bribery, despite the fact that it is essential to the protection of corporate interests and fair competition between companies.
