Bart Cools

Bart deals with a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. He specialises in private banking law, insolvency law, company law, contract law and international litigation.

He obtained his law degree in 1990 at the KU Leuven and an additional Master of European law at the College of Europe in Bruges in 1991. He was admitted to the Dutch speaking Brussels Bar in 1996.

Bart advises and pleads in Dutch (mother tongue) French and English.

He is member of the board of VZW Centrum Ganspoel, a specialised caring institution and school for children and adults with visual and/or multiple disorders. Bart currently lives in Tervuren with his partner and 3 sons. His spare time interests include running, biking, travelling and reading history books.
