Luc Godin

Luc Godin devotes his practice to human resources and the criminal liability of companies and their executives. In this capacity, he masters all the individual and collective aspects of labour relations and intervenes as soon as companies or their managers are held criminally liable (financial, tax or social security offences).

Luc has published on money laundering and confiscations. He teaches employment law as part of the training of certified mediators in civil and commercial matters at the PMR Institute.

Luc holds the certificate of training in cassation procedure in criminal matters. 

In 1992, he participated in the foundation of Avocats sans Frontières and was involved in the development of the "Justice for All" project implemented in Rwanda.

His native language is French but he is also fluent in English and Dutch.

Luc shares his passion for sailing and sport catamarans with his passion for cooking.
