Tax round-table
On October 11, 2022, Aurélie Blaffart will attend the taxation round-table organized by the magazine l'Éventail within the Cercle Gaulois.
Various topics will be discussed during this meeting: what is the state of relevant tax jurisprudence related to abuse of rights? What is the limit of the obligation to communicate certain tax mechanisms? Some observations on the anti-fraud and anti-money laundering plans and, of course, some opinions on the upcoming tax reform!
An abstract of the points exchanged and discussed between the participants will be summarized by Guy Legrand and published in the December 2022 issue of the magazine L'Éventail, one of the main publications of the year.
